Matt is a Michigan attorney, a Rockford resident, and a father of four. Harbor Law is the practice he wished existed when his own friends and neighbors asked him for estate planning help: one practice area done well, prices published on the website, and no billable-hour meter running when you call with a question.
He built the firm around three frustrations families kept describing. They could not find out what anything cost without a sales meeting. The documents were written in language nobody could read. And after the signing, the real work (deeds, retitling, beneficiary changes) was handed back to them as homework that never got done.
So Harbor Law works differently. Every plan is a flat fee you know before you commit. Every document comes with a plain-English explanation of what it does and why you have it. And every trust-based plan either comes with a written funding roadmap or, on the Concierge plan, gets funded for you, finished with a written confirmation letter.
The promise: you leave with a finished, funded plan, and you always know what it costs.

Flat Fees, Published
Wills from $1,000, trusts from $2,000, fully funded from $3,500. The prices are on the website, and couples are one engagement at one price.
Plain English
No legalese without a one-line translation. You leave every conversation knowing your next step and why it matters.
Actually Finished
Deeds recorded, accounts retitled, beneficiaries aligned. A plan is not done until it works, and on the Concierge plan you get that in writing.

- Free consultation, online or in person: your goals, your family, and a plain-English recommendation with the exact price.
- Secure online intake: your details and documents through a secure client portal, on your schedule.
