When you use our website, contact form, or request a resource, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, send requested materials, and improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to communicate with you, send estate planning resources you request, and follow up as needed. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Mobile App (Harbor Law iOS App)

When you use the Harbor Law mobile app, we collect and use the same account and profile information you provide (such as name and email), plus any data you enter or upload in the app—including documents, estate plans, intake information, and important contacts. This data is transmitted to and stored only on Harbor Law servers. We do not share your app data with third parties.

The app does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.

Push notifications. If you enable push notifications, we use your device token to send you service-related updates and messages. Push is optional; you can turn it off in your device settings at any time.

Deleting your account and data. You can delete your account (and associated data) in the “My Profile” tab of the Harbor Law web application at app.harbor.law, or by emailing us at matt@harbor.law.
